• Our fresh Indian fish are directly from India and are not chemically treated. We use a vacuum pack to reduce bacterial growth and retain freshness.

• Always keep the fish in the freezer (you can keep it in the same packet it came from)

• When you are ready to defrost it, you must remove the fish from the sealed packet and put it in open cookware (ex: plate or bowl). Otherwise, if it is kept in the sealed bag, there will be a sea odor / smell.

• DO NOT KEEP FISH IN ROOM TEMPERATURE WITH BAG
