Story 

The Silver Pomfret's twice-removed step-sister is the Silver Belly, an aesthetically pleasing fish. Yet, the flavor of this graceful fish is quite different, tasting more like Mullan or pony fish. There are quite a few tiny bones in it, and when they fry, they get quite crispy.
