• Always keep the fish in the freezer (vou can keep it in the same packet it came from)

• When you are ready to defrost it, you MUST remove the fish from the sealed packet and put it in an open cookware (ex: plate, bowl). Otherwise (if it is kept in the sealed bag) there will be a sea odor / smell.

• DO NOT KEEP FISH IN ROOM TEMPERATURE WITH BAG
